Voucher code vs Reference ID

Your voucher code and your reference ID are not the same.

Your voucher code is the 16-character code shown at the top of your voucher.

  • Your voucher code is used to redeem your voucher. If you share your voucher code with someone else, they will be able to redeem your voucher and receive your bitcoin.

Your reference ID is the 16-character code shown at the bottom of your voucher.

  • Your reference ID may be requested by the Azteco Customer Support team if you contact them for help.
