I've redeemed my lightning voucher but I haven't received my bitcoin

When you redeem a lightning voucher, Azteco sends the bitcoin to your wallet immediately.

If you don't receive your bitcoin immediately, please check with your wallet app provider to see if they have any processing delays with their platform.

I've redeemed my on-chain voucher but I haven't received my bitcoin

When you redeem an on-chain voucher, Azteco sends the bitcoin to your wallet within a few minutes.

However, all on-chain transactions must be confirmed by the main Bitcoin Network before the bitcoin shows as being available in your wallet. In exceptional circumstances, the network may be running slowly and it may take up to 30 minutes or more to confirm the bitcoin in your wallet.

It's not possible for Azteco to cancel, reverse, or accelerate on-chain transactions. If you are looking for faster and cheaper bitcoin transfers, you should consider using an Azteco lightning voucher.
